Our Hotel Reservation Policies

Resort Reservation Policies

  • Check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m. If your room is ready prior to that, we will be pleased to check you in (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed). If not, you are free to pre-register at the front desk, store your belongings and begin to enjoy the resort from the moment you arrive.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
  • This property considers guests aged 18 and under at the time of travel to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
  • Guests must be 25 or older to book a room or be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.


  • We reserve our amenities for the use of our registered guests, Non-registered guests may not be permitted based on expected occupancy.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

  • A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
  • You may pay by credit card, cash, travelers checks, or Best Western Plus Travel Card upon departure
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival during the low season and we require a one-night deposit during the high season. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Resort Reservation Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation policy during high season is seven (7) days; during low season we require notice by 4 p.m. day before arrival
  • Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records

Currency, Rates & Extra Guests

  • All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars
  • All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
  • An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy

Fort Myers Pet Friendly Hotel

  • We accept pets under 25 pounds with restrictions
  • Please note there is a $20.00 pet fee, per pet/per night


  • One parking permit offered per standard room
  • No smoking in rooms or balconies including e-cigarettes. There will be a $250 USD cleaning fee charged to those found smoking in their accommodations or balcony.
  • Rollaway beds are $10 per night based on availability
  • Cribs may be obtained, subject to availability; please request in advance
  • Please contact the hotel directly for any special requests

COVID-19 Protocols

The Best Western Plus Beach Resort Hotel has implemented the following protocols to take proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.

  1. Front Desk and Lobby:
    • New protocols will minimize guest contact with personnel through a streamlined check-in and check-out process.
    • Social distancing measures will be implemented, wellness best practices signs will be prominently posted, and all lobby brochures, magazines and papers will be removed.
    • Enhanced sanitization procedures will be in place at the front desk, in the lobby and across guest touchpoints throughout the hotel with disinfecting taking place regularly.
    • Sanitizing stations or wipes will be available throughout hotels.
  2. Guest Room and Housekeeping:
    • Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols will be implemented in guest rooms. linens and all touchpoints, for example, faucets, door handles, light switches, thermostats, clocks and hangers will be cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19.
    • Unnecessary items will be removed from guest rooms, such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, paper notepads and pens.
    • For guest and employee safety and well-being, daily housekeeping service will be by request only in the morning that you need service.
  3. Check-In/Check-Out Requests
    • Due to the new protocols, early check-in and late check-out may not be possible. Check-in is 4 pm and Checkout is 11 am. All guests are more than welcome to use the beach and the pool until their room is available.
