Did someone say level up? Maybe it’s just the vibe down here, but it seems like this year, 2019, is the year of growing and doing better. With all that said, how can anyone find a place to do all this growing and doing better?  Don’t worry, there’s immediately two expos right in the greater Fort Myers Beach area of Florida that can help you jump start your journey.

Healthy Living Expo

There’s been a buzz. And the buzz is that it’s time to living healthier lifestyles. Taking care of our bodies and lives is truly important so that we can go out there and do all the amazing things we want to. Levelling up comes in two ways for us here: taking better care of ourselves is one, and the second is being healthy enough to take care of others.

At this expo you can receive many kinds of screenings to ensure you are in tip-top condition. And if you’re curious about being healthier, there are several workshoppers and vendors that will be present to give you the information and programs you need.  Of course, health isn’t free, but attending the expo is! Join the host, Healthy Living Caravan, at the Cypress Lake United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Entrepreneurship is not genetic, nor can it be taught. So how does one become and entrepreneur, you may ask? Well, by changing mindsets, of course! Get into the entrepreneurial mindset and the spirit of innovation championed by the Florida Gulf Coast University.  With free entrance, snacks and refreshments, there’s hardly a reason to say no.
