Good eating

‘Food and fun’ are how the community hog roast is billed, and that’s exactly what it’s going to be. Taking place at the Sanibel Community House on October 20, this family-friendly event will feature a range of delicious foods - including, of course, a hog - and fun entertainment. A great way to meet the locals when you’re passing through!

Halloween fun

Yup, it’s going to be October soon, and you know what that means: Halloween! On Saturday, October 27, make sure you’re attending the 5TH annual Family Halloween Festival, which will take place at the Friends of Koreshan State Park. There’ll be treats, games, live music, and maybe just a few scares thrown into the mix for good measure, too.

If you’re a craft beer lover, then you’ll want to make it down to the Matanzas Craft Beer Fest on the Bay, which will take place on November 10 on the bay in Fort Myers. It’s sure to be a tasty day!
