Fantastic Live Music in Fort Myers this September

This September, Fort Myers will be abuzz with fantastic live music off all styles and sounds. Yes, while the rest of the country readies for a rainy autumn and a winter of shovelling snow, we’ll be spending our days on the beach and our nights dancing to the music of some seriously talented performers.Here are a few of the upcoming highlights!

2015 Craft Beer and Music Festival | September 12

On September 12, head up to the Bell Tower Shops, just a short drive from our hotel, for an awesome afternoon of not just live music, but delicious craft beer. Yes, this can’t-miss festival is set to pair some of the finest brews around with the music of talented local performers like Rocker, the Jukebox Prophets  and Clearly Avocado. Homegrown Acoustic | September 12

If you’re not a beer drinker—or if you simply prefer acoustic music to the plugged-in variety—take a quick drive north to All Faiths Unitarian Congregation Building on September 12. At 6:30, they’ll be hosting performances by some of the region’s finest acoustic musicians, such as Dan Philgreen and Dave and Val Concidine, who will be accompanied by talented pianist Francis Briggs. A ticket to this fantastic evening of music will cost you just $15. Doors open at 6:30!

Schneider and Mayfield CD Release Party | September 20

A week after the aforementioned acoustic performers leave the stage of the All Faiths Unitarian Congregation Building,  they’ll be replaced by talented duo Schneider and Mayfield, who will be celebrating the release of their new album. Catch their awesome Americana, roots, and folk-inspired sound for just $15 at the door. Enjoy the show!
