Grab the seafood sauce: the 59th Annual Fort Myers Beach Shrimp Festival and Parade will be serving up some sheer bliss for seafood lovers on March 11 and 12.
 
Featuring a host of shrimp-tastic events, this festival is a big hit with the foodies who flock to Fort Myers to sample some sublime shrimp each spring.
 
And there’s plenty on the line-up to keep foodies happy between snacks: you can watch the parade, explore the crafters’ expo, see the crowning of the shrimp queen and compete in the Shrimp Festival Run.
 
Here’s the line-up for all of you shrimp-lovers out there:
 
SATURDAY MARCH 11

5k Shrimp Festival Run, 9am       
 
Shrimp Festival Parade, 10am
The 1.5-mile long parade runs down Estero Boulevard
 
Shrimp Festival Food & Crafts Expo, 9am to 6pm
Lynn Hall Park 

World Famous Lions Shrimp Dinners, 10am to 5pm
