Athletic Action at the Germaine Arena this August

There’s a lot more to the Fort Myers area than its beautiful beaches, palm-lined boulevards, fantastic shopping and delicious dining. The area is also the home to an ever-evolving schedule of events of all shapes and sizes. Many of those events go down at the Germaine Arena, a beautiful venue just a short drive east of our cozy, beachfront hotel.

Here are a few of the Arena’s upcoming summer highlights!

Professional Bull Riding Pro Touring Division | July 31- August 1

On the last day of July, and the first of August, enjoy a little bit of the Wild West in The Sunshine State, courtesy of the Germaine Arena. Featuring all of your favourite riders, these Pro Touring Division shows kick off at 8:00pm each night, for tickets that range for $12-$77. Don’t miss this action-packed weekend of bull riding action!

WWE Live | August 28

28 days after the bull-riders leave town, they’ll be replaced by a very different, but no less exciting brand of sporting spectacle. It’s WWE Live! Catch appearances by the likes of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Paige, and the legendary John Cena for tickets that range from $15 to $97. Enjoy the show!

Skate for Hope | August 29

One night after the stars of WWE leave our beautiful corner of Florida, a far more graceful spectacle will take center stage: Skate for Hope. A showcase of some of the world’s finest figure skaters, this is not an event to miss. Get your tickets, which range from $19-$59, while you still can!
