A Family-Friendly Halloween In Fort Myers

There’s no shortage of fun in the sun at Fort Myers — so much fun, in fact, it’s scary! If you and your family are visiting us around Halloween, there are plenty of frightening family-friendly activities to partake in. Take a look at some of them below, if you dare!
 

HOWL-O-WEEN 2015

Head down to the Bell Tower Shops, Fort Myer’s premiere shopping center, on October 31 for their HOWL-O-WEEN 2015! Held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, there will be trick-or treating, face painting courtesy of Merica’s Fun Face Painting, live “spooktacular” music, a bounce house, a fun photo booth, interactive games, and much more! What’s more, it’s all for free in the spirit of Halloween! Donations are welcome. 
 

Fort Myers’ Pumpkin Patch

Held at the Lakes Regional Park, the Pumpkin Patch is one Fort Myers' favorite fall events. There will be a huge array of fun activities, including bounce houses, slides, and carnival games, not to mention tons of fall-themed foods and, of course, plenty of pumpkin! Pick out your most perfect one from our patch. The Pumpkin Patch runs from October 17 to October 25, Monday to Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am to  9:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:00pm. 
 

Spooktacular Storytime

Storytime is about to get spooky. Join Ms. Trish from the Marketplace SC Barnes & Noble Children's Department for a scary story on October 31 at 11:00am. Ms. Trish will be reading Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson, about a witch and her cat who loses her broom, hat, and wand in the middle of flight! Three little animals help her find the missing items in return for a ride on the broom — but is there enough room?
